What abrasives are generally used in vibrating grinders?

Update:04 Mar 2022

Vibration grinder manufacturer, vibration grinder can improve surface finish and precision. Some customers have reported that the ground materials are black, not bright or be beaten and so on. Mainly because the choice of abrasive material can go wrong. So what abrasives are generally used for vibrating grinders?
Select suitable abrasive materials according to the situation of the vibrating grinder and the workpiece. At present, the commonly used abrasive materials mainly include: grinding stones, polishing stones, abrasives, gloss agents, cleaning agents and other grinding and polishing materials. It has its own scope of application, such as plastic grinding stones for soft materials, such as aluminum, zinc, copper, plastic, etc.; ceramic grinding stones for hard materials, such as iron, stainless steel, white iron, steel, etc.

At the same time, for different workpieces, care should be taken to select the corresponding vibration grinder. Under normal circumstances, parts of different materials, parts of different specifications, and parts with different requirements also require different machines and grinding media. For example, the die-cast zinc alloy parts need to be descaled, and resin grinding stones should be used; while the stamped stainless steel parts need to be sharpened and deburred, then brown corundum grinding stones with large cutting force should be used.
After turning on the machine and adding abrasives, put the workpiece into the machine from less to more, and gradually increase until the workpiece rotates slowly, but the workpiece cannot be stationary. When the workpiece does not rotate, the polished product will be uneven, and the polishing time will be uneven. It will also be lengthened unnecessarily. The amount of workpieces put in, the weight of the workpieces, the volume of the workpieces, and the ratio of grinding materials are related.
